We want you to love your XMONDO Hair look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in new or gently used condition. Please note that Canadian orders must be processed through our international returns portal to ensure a smooth transition through customs.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and Canadian postal code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
